Refund and Cancellation
Thank you for signing up for the offerings (programmes/workshops/circles/etc) with Viridus Social Impact Solutions.
For Domestic Customers (Individual)
You are eligible for a full refund if you give us a 48-hour notice via email before the commencement of the first session of an offering. Your refund will take 14 business days to reflect in your account. Any no-shows and cancellations without a 48-hour notice will not be eligible for a refund.
Please write to us at info@viridus.in with the subject line “Cancellation Request - Name of the Offering” with the details of your payment and your bank account to which the amount is to be transferred.
For International Customers (Individual)
Currently, we are unable to offer cancellations against international payments.
If you are unable to join the program, you can:

Transfer your participation to another person you know

Request a deferral to join a future iteration of the same offering, up to one year from the date of the sign up.
In case you wish to avail either of the above options, you can notify us at least 48 hours before the commencement of the first session of the offering. Please write to us at info@viridus.in with the subject line “Transfer/Deferral Request - Name of the Offering” with the details of your payment.
Escalation
If you have a grievance with the Refund and Cancellation, you can escalate it to our directors, shashi.viridus@gmail.com and ruchi.viridus@gmail.com.
All disputes will be settled under Indian Law.
